An update has been posted for the pattern.
Rows 9 and 11 for the Border pattern should read:
Row 9: K2, (k2tog, Yo) twice, K2, (K2tog, Yo) twice, K2tog, K1
Row 11: K1, (K2tog, Yo) twice, K2, (K2tog, Yo) twice, K2 tog, K1

Note: In case you are using a different yarn, the sample has 16 complete border motif repeats.
The center of the 17th marks the beginning of the decreases.
