This little girl’s top features a short-row garter stitch peplum and a mosaic stitch waistband. The peplum is worked separately and stitches are picked up along the shorter edge for the waistband. It is then worked in one piece to the armholes. The front is wider than the backs. Button and buttonhole bands are picked up along the back edges to the peplum.
