It is all in the eyes. This hat has a small amount of duplicate stitch detail around the eyes but threes no reason why there shouldn’t be more. A pair of eyebrows, perhaps some spectacles or laughter lines would mean this fellow could day more to the world. Change the colours and it could be the bird of your choice.

Yarn:
1 ball of blue
1 ball of white
Short lengths of tapestry wool or scraps of yarn: yellow; orange; black.
