Pedal to the Heddle uses the same stitch pattern as my shawl pattern, Heddle. A heddle is part of a weaving loom. The stitch pattern used looks like a woven fabric, but it’s created using knit, purl and basic lace eyelets. The woven pattern is used together with a smattering of mock cables and basic ribbing for a deceptively simple stitch pattern.
