Peasant Dress
Yarn: 1 oz. “lightweight knitting worsted or sport yarn”
Additional materials: three snap fasteners; small piece of fabric for sleeves and bodice insert; one yard elastic thread; embroidery thread as desired; tapestry needle
The dress is made in one piece with a back seam and placket that closes with snaps. The sleeves and bodice insert are made from fabric. A sewing machine may be used for some steps but is not required. The dress is decorated with embroidery or other embellishment of your choice.
Sized for a Barbie-type doll with the 1960s figure: 5.5”/3.125”/5”. The fit may vary on modern dolls.
