Pause the Lion is the first of Greybriar Hollow’s Critters With a Cause. Pause’s cause is that of Self Harm Awareness. Self Harm is not the same as attempting suicide. Self harm is hurting oneself to an attempt to cope with life. It affects people from all walks of life, males and females and people in all age ranges. In an effort to bring awareness to NSSI (non suicidal self injury), Pause is spreading the word today March 1st, which is Self Harm Awareness Day! Pause can of course be made as a normal lion, but there is something special about making him to bring awareness to his cause.
