Designed by Courtney Kelley, Patsy is a Bohus inspired hat, using stranded colorwork that incorporates purl stitches to create added depth and texture to the design.

The colorwork is worked in a band following a K1, P1 Ribbing, and then finished in the main color. The body of the hat is worked on circular needles, and the crown decreases are finished off using double pointed needles.

The colorwork portion of the hat is charted in the sample colors. An alternate chart made up of symbols for you to color in if your selected colors differ from those as shown.

Make a matching sweater!
You will most likely find yourself with quite a bit of leftover yardage of the contrast colors; consider working up Jenny, the matching sweater Courtney designed for the collection.
