Step by step I wander, walking down this little passage. The grey
clouds part and let through a soft ray of sunshine. The sunbeam
feels like a new beginning after a long, dark winter. Someone is
painting their fence, another one building a new roof. I can feel
the cobblestones under my feet and see the old houses brought
to life. This town is a gentle reminder of time passing, whispering
quietly that we are still here.
Path shawl is worked with soft ladders of bobbles, garter stitch
and twisted ribbing. The shawl has a symmetrical crescent shape
worked in one piece.
Path shawl can be knitted in a wide variety of yarns, from the
softest merino blends to the more rustic fibres. The gentle nature
of the pattern makes this a beautiful piece to be worn season
after season.
