This gauge is recommended, not critical. As long as you are happy with how your fabric is coming out, go for whatever needle size you want to use. A looser gauge would be lovely.

This is great TV or yarn-bowl knitting, but I would not recommend this as a travel project because of the mohair-tangle factor.

I am still discovering ways to wear this. It is so light and comfortable!
