Paradise Island Shawl
This beauty is my very first shawl pattern design. I made this in collaboration with my good friend, Odessa (@dreamersyarns) who provided this gorgeous cotton yarn. I really had a great time creating it and I learned a lot in constructing this design. It is my prayer that you’ll love this pattern and that you’ll find comfort and joy in making this shawl!
I recommend to read and go through the pattern first before starting.
This pattern works with any weight of yarn. When working with this pattern, I suggest that you use 1 or 2 hook size up from the recommended hook size from the yarn label you’re using to obtain that lacey effect. Measurement: approximately 70 x 35 inches.
I have included a chart as a guide. It isn’t perfect but I think it will be a great help.
For a better understanding of the pattern, please refer to the chart for the sections/shaping and the placement of the border pattern.

Thank you very much and I hope that you enjoy this pattern!
