A colourful Fairisle cushion cover with lace panel on the back to form the button band.
Finished size approx. 40cm x 40cm (16in x 16in)
You will need
4 ply Cotton (approx. 170 m per 50g ball)
50g each of Jade (A), Pink (B), Gold (C), Coral (D), Lavender (E), Turquoise (F), Pale Jade (G), Lime (H)
Pair each of 3 mm and 3.25 mm knitting needles
31 x small Mother of Pearl buttons
40 cm x 40 cm cushion pad
Tension
29 sts and 32 rows over Fairisle pattern using 3.25mm needles = 10cm (4in) square
Use larger or small needles to obtain correct tension.
