Painted Desert
The painted desert cowl and mitts use a series of slip stitch rows to create layers of color. Both pieces are knit in the round. The mitts include a gusset thumb. The colorwork is simple, using only one yarn per round, making it a great first project for someone who has never done colorwork before.
