I suggest I Love This Cotton yarn from Hobby Lobby the most as it is super soft and smooth, which means it won’t bother your child’s skin and with being cotton, it will be very easy to take care of. The pattern is written so that you can use either #3 yarn or #4 yarn with gauges shown for each in the pattern. You can work it up in one color or get creative and do color changes as often as you like! The straps are done in DC’s to allow for custom fit button holes.
