The backpack is knitted in the round, from bottom up, the flap is knitted flat in seed stitch, I cord is attached along the edge. Zipper is sewn to the top, fabric added (optional) to the inside for a nice finish. The two straps are knitted separately and sewn on. Optional to make one long strap and create a bag instead of backpack.

Backpack is 8” / 21 cm wide and 9” / 23cm tall with straps 17” / 43 cm long.
Yardage:
136 yards / 125 meters in both colors.
The dark Mocha color had a little bit left from the skein, but the light Extra Crème Caffe had only about 1 yard left)
15 yards / 14meters white yarn, 5 yards / 4.5 meters blue yarn
