These welly warmers are knit from the top down in a super bulky/super chunky weight yarn. The cable pattern is a multiple of 5 and repeated at the top and bottom cuffs. As written, the leg warmers should measure 15” long

Any super chunky weight yarn ( Pictured is Wendy Serenity Super Chunky in Tarmac)

Sewing Thread
28 small buttons (roughly 3/8in or 1cm across)
Sewing needle
Needles
8mm/ Size 11 Double Pointed Needles
Cable needle (or spare DPN)
Gauge
2.5 stitches and 3 rows in 1 inch (the cabling and ribbing means that the gauge is very forgiving in this pattern, working for a wide range of calf sizes – 13” to 18” in circumference)
