This Bauhaus-inspired crocheted throw artfully combines colors to create the appearance of a bold accent stripe overlaid on an abstract composition of black rectangles. Inspired by the layers of transparency in a paned greenhouse, this design will feel right at home in playful, modern spaces. The fabric is worked using basic single crochet stitches, allowing the colorful geometry of the intarsia design to take center stage. The blanket pictured uses four colors, though it’s easy to envision ways of exploring the design using six, eight, or more.
