Over the Ha-Ha is a relaxed Ziggurat sweater with simple colourwork for yoke, hem, and cuffs. There are 2 yoke options: Gabriele’s greenish Ha-Ha and my slate/copper Ha-Ha (Carave Yarn Caravan) have fewer rounds of colourwork, ending about halfway through the armhole depth.
The colourwork on my mottled grey Ha-Ha (Nua Sport) continues to almost the entire armhole depth.

Hem and cuffs are double knitted for a fine and fun finish. But of course you can knit the usual and simpler seamless lined Ziggurat hem – or make up your own.

• Ziggurat: everything is knitted in one go, top to bottom
• no seaming
• very few ends to weave in
• simple stranded colourwork

As usual, there’s the Helpful Table to keep track of increases from shoulder to underarm cast-on.
