Orage is inspired by a thunderstorm at the end of a warm summer day when natures goes quiet, waiting for the sky to light up in beautiful burnt orange colours.
The shawl has a crescent shape worked in garter stitch with yarn over increases. Then a large border is worked straight with alternating lace pannels forming zigzags over a purl background, and backloop ribbing.
