Onde socks
This pattern was designed for Quince&Co.
The sea has many faces—sometimes calm and soothing, other times wild and fearsome. Its waves are in constant motion, never the same twice. Onde socks capture this spirit of the sea, their flowing cables echoing the ceaseless rise and fall of the waves.
Onde socks are worked toe up with a heel flap. The Onde pattern covers the instep and front leg. Instructions for mirrored socks are included. German short rows are used to create the heel turn. Tubular BO finishes the cuff. The instructions are written for the Magic Loop method.
