On the tiles
Have you been out dancing on the roof tiles all night (you crazy cat) and now you need a little snuggle for your sore feet? Or is it really the desire to prevent the cold kiss of kitchen tiles first thing on a winter’s morn that drives your need for warmth? On the tiles are super warm socks to suit both needs. Stranded colourwork in DK yarn provides a super-insulated house and boot sock and funky knitting fun.
Pattern & construction details*
Colourwork is charted only.
A bonus appendix of colour-combination inspiration is included for added fun for 2 and 3 colour combinations. And a colour-it-yourself chart is provided too!
Sock is toe-up in the round with a round heel (short row with gusset, no picking up stitches)

Note that 3 gauges are given to allow you to finesse the sizing as colourwork socks are less stretchy than other forms of knitting. Sample is worked at 24 sts.
