This sweater is inspired by my recent trip to the lovely Okanagan Park in BC, Canada. A loose pullover top with a lace trim for those cooler nights. Classy and organic, these 2 yarn together are heaven. I love buttons, they add jewellery to your piece.
The cloudy skies followed me everywhere I went that trip. So here is my interpretation of the most delightful blue sky I ever seen.

I love this yarn combo, however, after I was done I discovered the “halo” bundle by handmaiden/fleece artists, its a local Canadian dyer and I think this yarn would also be prefect for this project. Yarn Used:
Kidsilk Haze by Rowan (in colour pearl) : super kid mohair / silk mix (5,5,5,6,6 balls)
Fino by Manos Del Uruguay (in colour silhouette): extra fine merino and silk (3,3,3,4,4 hanks)
I found it preferable to knit from two balls separately instead of winding them together.

Gauge size 3 US needles for Trellis : 20 st/ 28Rows in 4 in/10 cm
Gauge size 5 US needles for Stockinette: 24 st/ 32 Rows in 4in/10cm

Tools needed:
markers
size 3 straight/ or circular knitting needles
size 5 straight and circular needles
Buttons (no more than 8mm in diameter)

Sizing:
To be worn with positive ease at the bust of about 5 inches and loosely fitting at the hip unbuttoned, buttoned all the way at waist with little ease (no more than 2 inches) around the skinniest part of waist. Snug at the wrist, sitting slightly above the skinniest part of wrist to show off the buttons and perhaps a nice bracelet. Almost a full length sleeve. (The length of sleeve and simply be adjusted by knitting a longer sleeve after all increases are completed)

XS - waist 26 in, bust 32 in,
S - waist 30 in, bust 38 in,
M - waist 34 in , bust 44 in,
L - waist 38 in, bust 50in,
XL - waist 42 in, bust 56 in.
