Oblivion is a wearable cowl that consists of simple colorwork and lace stitches, framed in ribbing for better fit.
This is my first official design release, so I’m very thankful for your support and appreciate your attention to my work!

Construction:

This cowl is worked in a round, and contains elements of ribbing, stranded colorwork and lace motifs.

Sizes:

Size 1: 14in/35.5cm wide and 15in/38cm long; 28in/71cm circumference.

Size 2: 16in/40.5cm wide and 15in/38cm long; 32in/81cm circumference.

Size 3: 18in/45.5cm wide and 15in/38cm long; 36in/91cm circumference.

Sample is shown in size 3.

YARN:

Worsted weight yarn in two contrast colors that compliment each other.

Approximate amounts of worsted weight yarn per color for the largest size:
C1: 190 yards/175 meters;
C2: 190 yards/175 meters.

Yarn used: Malabrigo Rios (210 yards\192 meters per 100g)
C1: Blue Jean (210)
C2: Gris (212)

NEEDLES: Ribbing: size US 8 (5 mm) circular needles, or needle size to obtain gauge;
Main needles: US 9 (5.5 mm) circular needle, or needle size to obtain gauge.

NOTIONS:

GAUGE: 15 sts and 21 rows per 4in/10cm in stockinette stitch, BLOCKED
