The Norway scarf is a scarf/cowl combination worked in the round, in two colours, using the Fair Isle technique. It is essentially a long tube that is grafted together to form a Moebius ring. It may then be worn in several different ways.

The geometric graphics of this design lend themselves to many different interpretation: through the use of different colours and different distribution of motifs.
