When I designed this I had the theme of clouds in mind. The texture of the mohair against the wool feels so soft as is the double thickness of the scarf. It is also comfy when worn. However, when I had finished, the colourwork made me think of videos I had seen on television of the curtains and colour patterns of the Northern Lights.
