Gauge for this pattern is “iffy” as Noro Silk Garden Sock has some thick and thin spots. I used a larger size needle to accomodate this. If you want to sub another fingering weight yarn, like JoJoLand Melody Superwash or Noro Kureyon Sock Yarn, I would suggest knitting with a US 3 or 4.
