Eye Pattern:
Ninja Turtle eyes-
Newborn to 9-12: F hook

Outside Eye in White (make 2)
Round 1: MC, ch1 and place 6sc in the MC. (6)
Round 2: 2sc x 3. (6) now working in rows.
