Whiteowlcrochetco. Nimbus Crop Tank
The Nimbus Crop was named after the dark colour and fluffiness of the sample yarn, resembling a dark rain cloud. The tank is an asymmetrical tank with only one strap, clean I-cord bind offs, and a stretchy waistband. This pattern is knit from the waistband to the straps (bottom-up), beginning with a tubular cast on and a 2x2 ribbed waistband. Alternative cast ons may also be used. The body is worked in stockinette, then the slanting neckline is created using German short rows (in-pattern description of German short rows provided). The tank finishes with an I-cord bind off along the neckline and one set of ribbed straps, joined with a three-needle bind off (or seaming method of your choice).
