Die letzten beiden Jahre haben uns alle viel Kraft gekostet. Wir haben an so vielen Fronten gleichzeitig gekämpft. Das Stricken war mir in der Zeit eine gute Stütze. Hat mich abgelenkt, hat mich kurz die Welt anhalten und aussteigen lassen.
Mit diesem Schal möchte ich nach vorne blicken und eine neue Richtung einschlagen. Es geht weiter. Der Schal gibt die neue Richtung (Engl. „New Direction“) vor. Es ist an uns, was wir daraus machen.

Varianten:
Du kannst den Schal in zwei verschiedenen Breiten stricken, die Länge ist immer gleich.
Schmal (37cm breit) oder Breit (46cm breit).
Das Modell wurde in der Variante „Schmal“ gestrickt. Bei der breiten Variante wird je Seite links und rechts der Mittelmasche ein Mustersatz über 10 Maschen mehr gestrickt.

Verbrauch:
Schmal: ca. 19-20g (85m/92yds) je Mini-Strang; insgesamt ca. 1.521m 1,663yds
Breit: ca. 22-23g (97m/106yds) je Mini-Strang; insgesamt ca. 1.754m 1,918yds

the adventcalendar scarf from Feinmotorik for Skudderia

The last two years have taken a lot out of all of us. We have been fighting on so many fronts at the same time. Knitting was a good support for me during that time. Distracted me, made me stop the world for a moment and get out.
With this shawl, I want to look forward and take a new direction. It goes on. The shawl gives the new direction. It is up to us what we make of it.

Variants:
You can knit the scarf in two different widths, the length is always the same.
Narrow (37cm / 14,5“ wide) or Wide (46cm / 18“ wide).
The sample was knitted in the “narrow” version. For the wide version, work a pattern repeat of 10 more stitches on each side of the center stitch.

Yardage:
narrow: approx. 19-20g (85m/92yds) per mini skein; in total approx. 1.521m 1,663yds
wide: approx. 22-23g (97m/106yds) per mini skein; in total approx. 1.754m 1,918yds
