An easier tapestry stitch banding for part 2 and a broad band of blocks with an unusual finishing edge.

Made in 2 weights of Hayfield yarn, Aran Tweed and Hayfield Breeze dk. Alternate rows of aran and space dyed Breeze are used with a 5mm hook giving a large approx. 5’ 153cms octagon/star shaped throw.

i’ve used the 400g Aran tweed so you will need to buy 2 of them and have some left over and approx 4 x 100g Breeze, i’ve used the blue Atlantis, but it would work well with another of the Breeze colours.
