Each pillow requires 1 50 gram, 100 metre ball of each of 5 colours. For the rectangular pillow the designer used grey, offwhite, red, gold, and black; for the square pillow grey, offwhite, teal, gold, and black. The colourwork is done in intarsia. The pattern requires fabric for backing and a pillow form.

“Inspired by Native American woven blankets, these fulled Navajo Pillows were designed by Gail Diven. Knit in Icelandic wool, the pillow tops are crocheted to felt backings for easy finishing.” -- editor’s description.
