Informationen zum Mystery KAL

Der Schal besteht aus 12 verschiedenen norwegischen Mustern, die wöchentlich ab dem 02.09.24 veröffentlicht werden.

Begleitet werden die Muster von Ingrid Wiens, die uns wöchentlich im Newsletter geschichtliches zum jeweiligen Muster berichtet. Sie wohnt seit vielen Jahren in Norwegen und so haben wir die Berichte quasi aus erster Hand! Vielen Dank dafür!

Vorbereitung:
Wer noch nie Double-Face gestrickt hat, kann schon mal vorab üben. Am besten beginnt man mit Double-Face in Runden – so kann man sich voll auf den Farbwechsel konzentrieren und muss sich weder um Randmaschen noch um Hin- und Rückreihen kümmern.
Dazu gibt es eine komplette Anleitung für einen hübschen Cowl im 1. Dokument bevor der KAL startet

Fadenhaltung – Fadenspannung – Hilfsmittel:
Die Fragen zur Fadenspannung und wie man richtig gut damit zurecht kommt, taucht in regelmäßigen Abständen auf und gleich vorweg: Hier gibt es kein Richtung und kein Falsch. Probiert euch aus und findet eure ganz eigene Lösung, mit der ihr selbst zurecht kommt. Vielleicht findet ihr auch heute die eine Fadenhaltung genau richtig und beim nächsten Modell findet ihr eine andere Lösung doch besser.

Information about the Mystery KAL

The scarf is made up of 12 different Norwegian patterns that will be released weekly starting 02/09/24.

Preparation:
If you have never knitted double-face before, you can practise in advance. It’s best to start with double face in rounds - that way you can concentrate fully on the colour change and don’t have to worry about edge stitches or back and forth rows.

Yarn tension - yarn tension - auxiliary materials:
Questions about thread tension and how to get it right come up at regular intervals and right from the start: there is no right or wrong way to go here. Try it out and find your own solution that works for you. You may find that one thread position is just right for you today and then find that a different solution is better for the next model.
