Mr Fluffy Tum Penguin Sweater
A Penguin sweater with flipper wings and a fluffy tum, how can you resist?
Mr Fluffy Tum Penguin jumper is a raglan style sweater, worked from the bottom up and seamed. A simple intarsia panel worked in King Cole, Truffle yarn which is super forgiving. Not sure that fluffy tum is right for your little one, then simple swap it out for white DK.
Haven’t tried intarsia knitting before, this is the PERFECT first project for you. The simple single colour shape that forms the tummy is the only intarsia section, so simple it will fly off your needles.
The eyes and beak are knitted and then sewn on the bring him to life.

Needles:
Straight 3.25mm & 4mm
Circulars 3.25mm (useful for working the neck, but
could be worked on straight needles)
Also Needed:
Darning needle
Stitch markers
Stitch holder
Oddment of Orange DK yarn
Tension:
Yarn used knits as DK to this tension 22 sts and 30
rows to measure 10 x 10cm (4x4in) over st st using
4mm needles
