Duboo is the word for tofu in Korean and it is my family’s favorite source of protein. Even if you’re not a big tofu person, Mr.DUboo makes a pretty cute squishy.

Materials
-4.0mm crochet hook
-1 skein of Patons Alpaca Blend (category 5)
-any worsted weight yarn in black in red
-tapestry needle
-stitch marker

Gauge
8.5 sts and 9.5 rows = 2”

Measurements
Roughly 2.5” all the way around

Mr.Duboo can be assembled two different ways. His edges can be crocheted or mattress stitched close. Both give them a very different look. The choice is yours.
