Just two easy knits that I put together for a good friend’s baby boy (Mr. Bassil). I wanted something simple but with enough to the pattern to keep me interested.

On the blanket there’s a seed stitch boarder with a pin stripe design to the body. The hat has a rolled edge with pin striping and is knit in the round with 3 needle bo for the top

550 yards should make the blanket although it’s a great stash buster as you can adjust the pattern as needed. The total size of the blanket is about 3’ x 3’

Less than 100 yards are needed to make the hat.
