Mother’s Shawl
My Mother asked if I could knit her a shawl to throw around her shoulders when she was watching television on an evening. It had to be long enough to keep her arms warm.
It is a simple 12 row repeating pattern that increases by one repeat horizontally very 12 rows. The finished shape is a half hexagon.
I chose a gradient yarn with a 60% acrylic content as my Mother is sensitive to too much woolliness
