Morgiana
Designed for STITCHES Texas 2015, featuring “Arabian Nights” yarn from Dye2Spin
Morgiana is the clever slave girl in the story “Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves” from 1001 Nights. She saves her master several times by diverting and confusing the thieves. Since this pattern features a yarn called “Arabian Nights”, I liked the idea of naming the pattern after her.
Size: 6” (15 cm) wide x 24” (61 cm) circumference
Skill level: advanced beginner - requires knitting in the round, k2tog and yo
Yarn Requirements: Bulky or super bulky yarn that has a gauge of 7-11 sts/4” on US 11 to 17. Well suited for solid, semi-solid and variegated yarns.
