Moonshine
by Debbie West
A shawl is the perfect accessory! It can be wrapped around the head to hold hair back or to stay warm. It can be draped around the neck for a fun accent. It can be worn across the shoulders as an elegant final piece of formal attire. Moonshine can be worked in different sizes to fulfill each of the above modes. The lace is deceptively intricate as it is easy to work. The beads give the shawl drape and a bit of bling. The edging is worked with a modified Feather and Fan pattern to give a scalloped and flowing edge.
