This cap was inspired by my Godmother DeeDee who is currently battling her second bout of cancer with grace and strength beyond my comprehension. This cap was designed for her and named after her. I hope that it can bring a bit of comfort to others along the way as well.

Note: If you knit this with the Cashmerino use a US8 needle, if you use the Shepard Sport use a US7 needle. This pattern has been test knit in both yarns as well as Sanguine Gryphons Traveller yarn as well, all yielded beautiful results.
