This pretty shawl is worked bottom up in a four row eyelet pattern in stripes. From this square, the left and right wings are worked separately in a single color. (You could of course work the whole pattern in stripes. It will use the same amount of yarn) Finished by picking up stitches along the wingspan and working a roll in edge.
