Momiji Cardigan
The Momiji Cardigan is a playful and customizable fall layer. Knit in pieces and seamed, it features slight A-line shaping, asymmetrical front panels and a cabled, diamond texture on one front that offers the ability to play with one or more contrasting colors. These smaller, contrasting color diamonds are worked using a combination of intarsia and stranded knitting.
Customize the larger front panel to your liking by adding as many contrasting color pops as you desire, or keep it monochrome by working the garment in all one color. Pattern includes a coloring page for you to plan ahead the placement of your CC pops.
Pattern is recommended for experienced or highly adventurous knitters, due to seaming reverse stockinette and the colorwork technique used for the CC pops. (Alternate option: Use duplicate stitch for your CC sections and make them in stockinette rather than reverse stockinette as written in the pattern.)
