Modified Diamond Lace Scarf
A beautiful lace scarf based off the loom knit diamond lace stitch but done in a modified way to add a slightly different look. Unlike the diamond lace stitch which requires a 4 row repeat this scarf is created by repeating just 2 rows. This stitch would make beautiful shawls, wraps, cowls, and more!
I plan to connect my scarf to make an infinity scarf. The scarf is not done yet and well knowing me it might take a long time to get done. I wanted to get the basic pattern done for how I’ve modified the diamond lace stitch so others can experiment with it in various ways or make this scarf.
I’m using 1/2” gauge loom with at least 16 pegs and worsted weight yarn.
Video tutorial showing the 2 row repeat used in the scarf is available to view here! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8GA5tUIeqY
