Do your Mitts Match? With this design, the decision is up to you! Make matching mitts using the same main color (MC) and contrast color (CC) for both mitts or switch the colors for mismatched, but complimentary, mitts. Thanks to the DK-weight yarn, these are the perfect speedy gift for someone special, including you!

For two matching mitts, you’ll need 70 (80, 100) yds / 64 (74, 92) m of MC and 40 (40, 50) yds / 38 (38, 46) m of CC.
For two mitts that swap the MC and CC, you’ll simply need 55 (60, 75) yds / 51 (56, 69) m of each color!

The pattern includes three different sizes and charts for each MC and CC option. Choose the size that is closest to, or just below, your actual hand circumference at the base of your fingers for a snug and cozy fit.

Mitts Match are knit in the round from the lower cuff upwards. The thumb gusset and hand are worked simultaneously with stranded colorwork. The thumb stitches are held while the hand is completed and then the thumb is finished.
