Mitered Stroller Blanket
by Kathy Reed
Mitered squares are joined contiguously (no seaming) into strips and then together by picking up. Still no seaming!
The blanket could be made larger or smaller by changing the number of squares.
This project was designed with Solitude Wool Clun Forest Light, a sport weight , 100% Clun Forest. Light, stretchy and soft. Great for light weight knitting such as baby items, scarves, shawls, sweaters. Low tensile strength. Machine washable without shrinkage.
If you like things even simpler, use one color for the whole blanket.
If you want to spice it up, you could add three complementary colors. If you want one skein to be a handpaint (variegated) skein, we recommend keeping it to the one color strips.
