Mistinguett sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down with circular yoke.
A traditional stranded colorwork motif adorns the yoke.
The idea was to play on a contrast of color and texture with different type of yarn.
Obviously you can also make it in a more traditional way.

Realised in collaboration with « Les Petits Points Parisiens» yarns and fabrics shop in Montmartre, Paris.

Finished bust measurements: (95, 104, 116) 125, 137, 145 (157, 164, 177) cm. (37.4; 41; 45.7) 49.2; 54; 57.1 (62; 64.6; 69.7) inch.

Recommended ease: between 10 and 20 cm of positive ease.
Sample version is worn with 13 cm of positive ease at the bust

Yarn: Sport or DK weight yarn.
Approx.: (870, 1020) 1170, 1350, 1580 (1690, 1780) of Sport or DK weight yarn for MC.
Approx.: (90, 150) 230, 275, 350 (420, 480) of Sport or DK weight yarn for CC.

Gauge : 22 sts x 30 rows =10 cm 4” in stockinette stich with larger needles after blocking.

Needles :
4,5 mm US 7 for the body and sleeves. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
3,5 mm US 4 for ribbing.

Mistinguett est un pull qui se tricote du haut vers le bas sans couture.
Il se compose d’un empiècement circulaire en jacquard s’inspirant de motif traditionnel.
L’idée était de jouer sur un contraste de couleur et de texture en mêlant des laines différentes.
Vous pouvez tout à fait le réaliser de façon plus conventionnelle.

Taille du vêtement terminé, mesure prise à la poitrine –aisance comprise-: T (95, 104, 116) 125, 137, 145 (157, 164, 177) cm.

Aisance recommandée entre 10 et 20 cm.

Laine : Nécessite deux laines de type Sport à DK.
Le modèle de présentation a été tricoté avec les laines Les Petits Points Parisiens, il est porté avec 13 cm d’aisance.

Pour la couleur principale : 80% Mérino d’Arles NSW, 20% Mérino noir du Portugal (375m/50g), « Charcoal ».
Pour la couleur contrastante : Baby Suri Chunky, 45% Baby Suri alpaca, 45% Mérino, 10% Nylon (200 m /100g), « Like an angel ».
