This stitch pattern is a variation of the classic “feather and fan” lace stitch. Rows 3, 7, 11, and 15 are the same. The the pattern shifts and rows 19, 23, 27, and 31 are the same. The remainder of the pattern rows are worked in stockinette stitch.
