Miss Ives
Inspired by the Penny Dreadful series, this semi-circular shawl was designed with a romantic, Victorian style era flair. Wear the collar up for a more dramatic look, or down for a pretty accent.
The gorgeous lace panels transform into branches, created with simple cables that end with little buds. The shawl is finished off with a gorgeous pointed lace border that is worked at both the hem and also as a collar.
Pick your favorite 2 complementary colors and get ready for a project that will keep your interest, with a show stopping end result!

Pattern Notes
This is an intermediate pattern. You need to be able to work an easy lace pattern, work increases and decreases in pattern, and also work simple 2 stitch cables. Shawl is worked from the top down. For the lace sections, lace pattern is worked on right side rows only. On the cabled sections, all knit stitches are twisted.
