Choose one color of DK weight wool to knit this top-down seamless sweater. The collar begins with 2x2 ribbing followed by garter stitch short rows to raise the back of the neck. The yoke continues with beautiful textured stitches like the Daisy Stitch, Eyelet Stitch, and Broken Rib. Each section is divided by easy to knit garter stitch rounds. Try on the sweater as you knit top-down to customize the length of the yoke, body, and sleeves. Ribbed cuffs complete this striking textured sweater. Smooth wool yarns like West Wool Tandem will help make the stitches pop, resulting in a soft and lofty garment that will last for years to come.

Needles

US 7 / 4.5mm circular in 40″ / 100cm length or size needed to obtain gauge

Magic loop method is used for knitting smaller circumferences in the round.

Notions
1 stitch marker, waste yarn, tapestry needle

Gauge
18 sts & 32 rnds = 4″ / 10cm in pattern after blocking with larger needles (US 7 / 4.5mm recommended)
20 sts & 34 rnds = 4″ / 10cm in 2x2 ribbing after blocking using smaller needles (US 6 / 4mm recommended)

Stitch gauge is most important, because the length is customizable. So, if you just knit a garter stitch swatch, that will be a reliable gauge swatch.
