This sweet little cardigan is a perfect cover up for little ones from newborn size through to two years of age.

Worked in one piece from the neck downwards, the simple rib at the sleeve cuffs makes for a good fit and avoids the need for sleeve shaping and bulky seams, whilst at the same time maintaining a good fit and zero excess fabric to get in the way of baby antics!

With lots of new babies arriving this Summer, I have been happily churning out these little tops, which are really quick to make and perfect to pop on over a romper or vest without the baby becoming bundled up or uncomfortable.
