For a modern twist on this lace pattern, I used 225 yards of a worsted weight ribbon yarn, Berroco Glace, which gives the scarf a lovely drape.

The first photo, however, shows how the stitch looks with regular worsted weight yarn. I like both of them.

If you’ve never done lace before, fear not! If you can knit and purl, you can knit two together and purl two together, and you can make this scarf!
