A simple combination of hdc (UK htr) and slip stitches, all worked in the back loop, create these light and springy wrist warmers. Yarn over sl st ribbing is also incorporated.

These are an intermediate pattern based on the thumb construction, which is added using a Join As You Go technique.

This pattern is available in both UK & US terms.

Make mini versions, topped and tailed with ribbing.
Or, make mid length/ longer wrist warmers with a JAYG thumb.

These wrist warmers use a sport weight yarn with a 3.5mm crochet hook, other yarn weights will result in different sized wrist warmers.
